How about your

diets? Have You ever been on any?  Dukan's? Eating fruits & vagetables only? Or only chocolate maybe? 

Somethimes they are stupid and checking out only on small group of people. Maybe you are one of those people who belong to that small group.
The ignorance about being obese is, however, one of the worst things. Another thing that is bad is to be aware of being thick but eating large amount of food and hide sadness , and putting yourselves in an even greater depression. Everyone has a limit of understanding his lack of holding up of food. Today i'm not fat but I can help You during blogging. 
You should realize that not only regular & healthy eating is the way to go out of the vicious circle. It's difficult to pass through the throat , but for some there's no hope. Many people will disagree with that fact but still- there are people in the world who aren't able to stand up alone from bed or do the dinner for themselves alone. Why that met just them? This far no one knows. I hope that soon the whole truth about obesity and tackling will come out. Certainly on the world will be a doctor who will tell you that for all of that responsibility take the genes . Only genes. Unfortunately - even if I'm harsh words to- one who says so is a finite moron. An idiot. In fact genes can prevent getting extra pounds but not only from them depend our weight. All in all it depends on our sense- common or not. 
Do not be children. The truth is being fat is not difficult in today's world . Yes - today's world is neither fair nor lovely. But think - is it possible for genes to decide about our lives and weight? Just imposing my opinion- they can't. The world can be unfair all of the times, but it's impossible to notice that it was all fault of genes. People , let's be responsible of yourselves . For egsample: I ate this fast-food, two sandwiches and chocolate - I couldn't refuse it . And now I have a problem and I caused it by myself . I am a problem. I was not responsible for his hunger and this is my punishment. I'm fat now.




There are few of my first ideas (they are all checked) to become more skinny/or maybe i should say- to lose few pounds more :)

  • Go to bed earlier
  • Exercise
  • Organize eating - no snacking 
  • Think positively
  • Drink lots of water
  • Read about fat people and illnesses related with being fat
  • Be productive
  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead sweets
  • Go for a bike ride
  • Start to write a 'food- diary' to write what You eat every single day





Yes. This is it. I've a strange 'type' of class in school (very requiring) and a lots of work so i'm not really often on my blogs. >~< If i will be the best student of that class i will win a study-offer in Chicago^^ --> quite long way from Poland... yeah so i'm studing hard. Wish me luck during that three long years ;) Writting a blog is one of my ideas to learn english.

Okey, maybe i should start...

... from food-possibilities which we have in our lives.
On the shop's shelves we can find everything know. From fast-food breakfasts to healthy (and sometimes bad looking) vagetables. I know it's easy for many people to choose the 'correct' version of our meal-choices but still ... not for everybody. If You are one of those people (ask youself honestly) don't be afraid. Everyone can make mistakes. Look at my language! It's still not perfect. But i will make many things (like making exercises) to brush up it.
As a young person i meet on my way many people with many different figures: from superskinny to supersize. It's previously normal. But... Most of them want to change something in their bodies. Lose stones/kg, have thinner legs, to change her/his size... As many people in the world as many ideas and actions to change their lifes.

  1. The first step is to choose : 


  •  Are you only & still DREAMING ? 
  •  Are you ready to DO something for your life and give your energy in the nearest future ?
If your answer was the second one, please - answer the second question:

     2.  Are you ready for:
  • healthier diet,
  • regular exercising,
  • changing your points of view about eating,
  • changing meals not only for yourself but for your family or the nearest friends who have the same problems as you,
  • losing weight,
  • doing musles,
  • understand those questions & agree with them (maybe not at all but i should say 'oki doki') ?
If your answer is yes (maybe in all or maybe in only one) answer the next question (for yourself of course):

       3. Why are you trying to do this (choose a point/points from previous question) ?
Choose the best one which will be the best motivation for you. For egsample: to have better health, to have better figure, to be pretty, to change something for my life, to wear what i want in shops, to find a boyfriend, to help my family, for my children, to show somebody that i can do it etc...

        4. Ask yourself - what should i do to wake up every day and understand a meaning of my huge and realistic dream which can be a fact if  i want to?
for eg.: If want to lose a weight or wear what you want in favourite shop- find sth in the shop which you would like to wear every each single day for school, work, free-day... . Now- buy it. But it can't be your size! It should be size which you want to have. Hang it on a wall, wardrobe... anywhere else but conspicuously ! It will be your inducement. Good looking inducement.

Sorry for that but i should today wake up early and in Poland is 01:40 PM so... Good night eveyone
Try to think about yourself, what you really want and use your free time for becaming your dreams closely to true.

Wake up- FAT

Wake up- FAT 




Hello my FAT- friends :) 

I'm not mean. I'm only saying what i see nowadays. I'm looking around my world and i can say that peaople are fatter and fatter every each day. Look at you. What you see? I think if anyone want be thinner he CAN be thinner. I'm not saying about rare illnesses of course. If you're fat or not thinn enough take a grip on yourself! 
I'm from Poland & i just start to write this blog. I want to change bad habits  maybe of only a few people in the world but still- SOMEBODY. Somebody who will be for me an outstanding person. 
I don't deal with things such as helping people but i want to. I've already made a first step to do it! 
Please help me with it and as a result i'm going to help You. Let's help ourselfes as mutually supportive people.
